As requirements in international sport continue to evolve, IDTM works alongside sports governing bodies to operationalise SRY gene testing processes in a structured and reliable way.

Drawing on over three decades of experience in anti-doping and other sensitive testing environments—and having successfully supported SRY gene testing programmes for national athletics federations in Sweden and the United States—we bring a well-established model for managing complex programmes that require precision, discretion, and consistency across multiple locations.

Our role focuses on the practical delivery—supporting planning, sample collection through appropriate methods, secure handling, and coordination with accredited laboratories—while ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with applicable frameworks.
