IDTM – Integrity Policy

International Doping Tests & Management respects the personal information of individuals. We aspire to protect and safeguard the personal data. This integrity policy explains how IDTM processes personal data in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can also find the description of your rights. Please note that amendments to the policy might take place in the future.

The Personal data is the information that can be linked to a person. It would be, for example, a name, an address, an e-mail address and a mobile phone number, photographs and recordings. Actions taken with the personal data are regarded as processing of personal data. Some of the examples of the processing of data: information collection, registration, storage, transfer and deletion.

IDTM’s aim and purpose in processing personal data is primarily to carry out its obligations of public interest. The processing can also be part of the exercise of our public authority in accordance with the country’s legislation and European law. IDTM also needs to process personal data to administer its operations. Processing may also be necessary to complete legal obligations or to observe an agreement. In cases where it is necessary for IDTM to be able to manage its tasks and assignments we share personal data with companies that process the information on our behalf and according to our instructions and agreements, the so-called personal data processor. IDTM uses external consultants, for instance, in IT maintenance, financial consultants, etc. 

 

IDTM will not store your personal data for longer than is necessary

If you would like to enquire about personal information that IDTM has collected or processed, you have the right to do so. A request should be made by e-mail and shall contain your name, personal identity number, address, phone number and email address. IDTM shall send the extract to the applicant within one month of receipt of your application.

For Data subjects where IDTM is a processor and not a controller, IDTM will inform the accountable organization about your request. Please note, that in that case IDTM is not responsible to provide you information within 30 days. We recommend the athletes to contact their federations for such inquiries.

Data Protection Officer

Cookies

IDTM’s website uses cookies. They are used to collect both anonymised statistics about the number of visitors to different parts of the website, as well as user data such as operating systems, web browsers and screen resolutions. This information enables us to improve and optimise our website.
